As a result of our commitment to supporting people in the work they do, a significant part of the work we are involved in at Clifton Centre focuses on providing professional supervision for individuals and groups.

Predominately our work is as external supervisors meeting with individuals or small groups. Supervision is offered at our offices in Seddon or Werribee or on site as requested by an organisation or agency.

Although many of the people who consult us for supervision are interested in narrative therapy, it is not necessary that you share this interest.

Supervision can support:

* the development of a reflective practice

* explorations of dilemmas

*reinvigoration of professional identity

* engagement of skills and knowledge in ways that enrich and sustain your experience of the work you do and the experience of the people consulting you.

A number of the people we meet with for supervision are interested in how we can respond to aspects of their work and life in manner that fits with how they choose to work with others.

The current fee for a supervision session (approximately one hour) is $95.00
