Supervision

1193188_sunflower_against_a_cloudy_blue_sky_with_plenty_ofAs a result of our commitment to supporting people in the work they do, at present a significant part of the work we are involved in at Clifton Centre focuses on providing professional supervision.

Predominately our work is as external supervisors meeting with individuals or small groups. Supervision is offered at our offices in North Melbourne or on site as requested by an organisation or agency.

Although many of the people who consult us for supervision are interested in narrative therapy, it is not necessary that you share this interest. Supervision can support the development of a reflective practice, explorations of dilemmas and the engagement of their skills and knowledge in ways that enrich and sustain their experience of their work and the experience of the people consulting them.

A number of the people we meet with for supervision are interested in how we can respond to aspects of their work and life in manner that fits with how they choose to work with others.

If you would like speak with us regarding supervision please contact us.
